LOUISVILLE, Ky. —

Louisville Metro police has released two new videos of pro golfer Scottie Scheffler's arrest outside of the PGA Championship last week, one of which shows the moments just before.

Dash cam from LMPD shows Scheffler in handcuffs being arrested by officers. He's only seen for a few seconds.

Watch that clip below:The other shows a far away look from a pole on Shelbyville Road, and it shows Det.

In the upper lefthand corner, you can see Gillis run and then he appear to hit Scheffler's window. He can also be seen reaching into the PGA-issued SUV.

Gillis was reprimanded for violating policy during the arrest.

Per policy, he was supposed to activate his body-worn camera, but did not.

"In Louisville, around the country, but especially here in Louisville after the recent past, activating body worn cameras is critically important for our police department to have evidence, to maintain the community's trust, to be transparent," Mayor Craig Greenberg said.

Scheffler is accused of ignoring Gillis' orders as he directed traffic following a fatal crash, and then dragging Gillis with his SUV.

Scheffler maintains that it was all a "big misunderstanding," and his attorney says they do not plan to settle the case.

He's scheduled to be arraigned on June 3. The morning Scheffler was arrested, he was out before his PGA Championship tee time.

He ultimately finished top 10 in the tournament, tying for 8th.
