A video recorded two years ago by Semih Çelik, the murderer who killed two young girls in Istanbul half an hour apart, has emerged.
In the chilling video reminiscent of a horror film, Çelik states, "As I leave this life, I want to take a life, and it is more valuable for you to be that person."
Semih Çelik (19), who climbed the Edirnekapı walls in Fatih, Istanbul, decapitated a young girl he killed and threw her head in front of her mother. Then, the suspect jumped off the walls and committed suicide.
